Restoration of an ashlar pinnacle

A pinnacle of the bell tower of the church in Cuq (Lot-et-Garonne) and its ashlar finial, which were badly damaged by lightning, have been restored to their original condition. The stone was aged and given a patina to blend in harmoniously with the building.
The bell tower was restored in collaboration with the masonry company Ibre, which supervised the installation of the new pinnacle.
