Large octagonal fountain made of cut stone

This large octagonal fountain, made from natural limestone, was bespoke-made in our workshop. Designed to blend harmoniously into the grounds of this château, we worked the stone to complement the existing architecture (natural, solid limestone, which we age and weather to order).

The fountain features a central stone pillar, intricately carved and moulded, with four wrought-iron spouts through which the water flows. The hollow shaft conceals the pump that ensures a continuous flow of water in a closed circuit. The solid elements forming the basin’s coping are moulded and surrounded by a perimeter paving made from the same stone.
