Here are some pictures of the transformation of this large double fireplace :
Custom cladding for this large double mantelpiece with a veneer of natural stone facing elements.
The solid, hollowed-out stone elements cover the old structure of the fireplace. The moulded jambs, cornice and carved floral ornament on the lintel give this fireplace a whole new dimension. The stone has been aged and given a patina to match the old building.
